Manchester City Bolster Squad as Khusanov, Reis, and Marmoush Set to Join City

Manchester City are on the brink of completing three major signings in the January transfer window, with deals nearing completion for two defenders and a forward, while the club continues to explore additional reinforcements.

🔵 Abdukodir Khusanov: The highly-rated Uzbek center-back is set to join from Lens after the clubs agreed on a deal worth €40 million plus add-ons. Khusanov is undergoing his medical today and is expected to bolster Pep Guardiola’s defensive options.

🔵 Vitor Reis: The Brazilian defender from Palmeiras is also set to join City. A deal valued at €35 million has been finalized, and the player has already arrived in Manchester for his medical.

🔵 Omar Marmoush: The Egyptian forward from Eintracht Frankfurt is poised to become the latest addition to City’s attacking ranks. A verbal agreement has been reached on a deal exceeding €70 million, underlining the club’s commitment to strengthening their squad.

But City’s transfer activity may not stop there. The Premier League champions are keen on adding a midfielder to their ranks, and discussions are ongoing with Juventus regarding fullback Andrea Cambiaso. A decision on whether Cambiaso will arrive in January or during the summer window is still pending.

With their ambitious transfer moves, Manchester City are reinforcing their squad as they aim to maintain dominance on all fronts this season.
