The Jigawa State Police Command has announced the death of DPO Yankwashi Police Division, CSP M.S. Koko.
DSP Lawan Shiisu Adam, the Police Public Relations Officer for Jigawa Command, made this known in a statement.
He said, “With heavy hearts, grief, and complete submission to the Almighty Allah, we announce the untimely death of Senior Police Officer CSP M.S. Koko.”
Adam further stated that the funeral prayer (janaza) will take place at the Dutse Central Mosque immediately after the Juma’at prayer on Friday, July 5th, 2024.
“On behalf of all the officers and men of the Jigawa State Command, Commissioner of Police CP A.T. Abdullahi prays that the departed soul rests in eternal peace, and may Jannatul Firdaus be his final resting place.” He added.
The command’s spokesperson expressed heartfelt condolences to the family, friends, and relatives, and acknowledged their courage during this difficult time of irreplaceable loss.
