…………. Says Mburubu People Will Always Give Him Massive Support
Governor Peter Ndubuisi Mbah of Enugu State has been commended for approving the construction of the Nomeh-Mburubu-Nara road as well as the Mburubu-Nkerefi road.
The Chief Executive Officer of First Choice Afro Villa Ltd and Mburubu Construction Company Ltd, High Chief Jerry Patrick Onuokaibe, made this known to newsmen on Monday through a press statement he personally signed.
He stated that Governor Peter Ndubuisi Mbah has once again shown his total commitment to the welfare of the people, as the roads among others, which he approved last week, are of immense value to the people.
Chief Onuokaibe posited that the road will boost the economic activities of the Mburubu people, a community renowned for their massive investment in agriculture. He highlighted that improved road infrastructure would facilitate the efficient transportation of agricultural produce to markets, thereby enhancing trade and reducing travel time for farmers and traders alike.
The CEO noted that the construction of the Nomeh-Mburubu-Nara road, which includes two bridges, and the Mburubu-Nkerefi road, demonstrates the governor’s inclusive approach to development. “By addressing the needs of rural communities, the government ensures that no area is left behind in the march towards progress,” he said.
He added that Governor Mbah’s strategic focus on rural development aligns with global best practices that emphasize the importance of integrating rural areas into the broader economic framework. By connecting rural communities to urban centers and markets, he asserted, the state can unlock the full potential of its agricultural sector and create sustainable development pathways for future generations.
Chief Onuokaibe also expressed confidence that the improved road infrastructure would attract further investments into Mburubu and surrounding areas. “This influx of investment will lead to job creation, increased productivity, and enhanced socio-economic stability for our people,” he remarked.
He, however, expressed immense gratitude to Governor Mbah for his visionary leadership and dedication to the welfare of all Enugu State residents.
“Tomorrow is indeed here, and with these bold initiatives, Enugu State is poised to become a premier destination for business, investment, tourism, and living,” he said.
