APGA NEC Commends Gov. Soludo, Judiciary, and Tinubu on Inclusive Governance

In a significant display of unity and solidarity, Governor Chukwuma Soludo CFR has declared that in Nigeria, “All Progressives Are Uniting”. Speaking at the National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) held at the party’s headquarters in Abuja, Gov. Soludo noted that what Nigeria needs at this point is true progressivism, exemplified by the action of the Nigerian President, Asiwaju
Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR in the appointment of a Minister in the Federal cabinet who is a member of the APGA Board of Trustees.

The APGA National Chairman, Chief Sly Ezeokenwa, praised the Nigerian Judiciary, the Independent Electoral Commission (INEC), and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for their commitment to upholding the rule of law and constitutional democracy ¹. He also acknowledged the crucial role of Governor Soludo in the party’s recent Supreme Court victory, describing him as the Party’s National Leader who provided unwavering support throughout the challenging legal battle.

Other notable speakers at the meeting included Ambassador Bianca Odumegwu Ojukwu, who commended Governor Soludo for his leadership and for influencing the appointment of the first-ever APGA Minister at the federal executive council. Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe also praised the party, describing it as a cat with nine lives, led by progressive-minded leaders.

The NEC meeting featured key party stakeholders, including NWC members, federal lawmakers, and state assembly members. The meeting resolved on seven key motions, including a vote of confidence in Governor Soludo and commendation for his outstanding performance as Anambra State Governor. Another motion commended the Nigerian judiciary for safeguarding democracy.
