The man in the video below was swiftly rescued last night by a paramedical team from Lagos State Ambulance Services (LASAMBUS), after a distress call was made. He has been identified as Romanus Okafor, a 64 years old native of Anambra State.
He was found around Iponri Police Barracks, close to Lagos Mini Water Works, barely conscious, with bruises and punctured wound on the right upper arm close to the elbow.
His cloths were changed and medical care was given to him right after which he was taken to the General Hospital, Lagos Island
