Under the new framework, each local government will have a Chairman and Deputy Chairman, alongside key appointments covering various sectors. The designated positions include:
1. Chairman
2. Deputy Chairman
3. Secretary
4. Supervisory Councillor for Health
5. Supervisory Councillor for Agriculture
6. Supervisory Councillor for Education/Social Services
7. Supervisory Councillor for Works
8. Statutory Adviser for People with Disability, Humanitarian Service & Traditional Institutions
9. Statutory Adviser for Security
10. Statutory Adviser for Youth Development & Community Work
According to official sources, all salaries for these appointees will be paid directly from Abuja under the FAAC system, ensuring uniformity and financial accountability in local government administration.
