Days after they were kidn#pped on their way to Kogi State, Abuja musician and his band members reportedly regain their freedom
A Nigerian Juju musician, Omoba De Jombo Beats, and his band members have regained their freedom four days after they were kidn#pped.
It would be recalled that they were kidn#pped on Sunday, December 17, 2023, while returning from an event.
A Nigerian musician named Adeyinka Adeboye, also known as Boyebest, had posted on his Instagram account to raise an alarm about a recent incident.
“A whole band of members kidnapped. Nigeria is messed up. I swear my prayers are with you guys. You will all come out alive,” Boye best said.
They were travelling to Kogi State from Abuja for a performance when they met their kidnappers. According to Boyebest, the kidnappers had demanded N10 million ransom to release them.
However, according to fresh reports, Omoba De Jombo beats and his band members have now been released.
