Operatives of the Delta State Police Command recovered a cache of weapons concealed in a modified Toyota Camry, popularly known as “Big Daddy.”
According to the command’s spokesperson, SP Bright Edafe, officers became suspicious after noticing the vehicle’s unusually small trunk. Further inspection led them to remove the back seat, where they discovered three AK-47 rifles and 3,120 rounds of ammunition packed in four boxes.
The suspect has been taken into custody, and investigations are ongoing.
