The Lagos State Police Command has arrested two suspects for allegedly kidn*pping and blackmailing an online vendor who went to deliver products in the Iyana-Isashi area.
Police spokesperson Benjamin Hundeyin confirmed that the victim was lured to a location by a fake order. Upon arrival, a man and a woman dragged her inside, str*pped, and ass*ulted her before taking nude photos.
The suspects then demanded a ₦2 million ransom, threatening to leak the images. The victim managed to pay ₦300,000 before being released but was pressured to pay the balance. She reported the incident to the police, leading to the suspects’ arrest.
