Mazi Ejimofor Opara, the Senior Special Assistant (SSA) on New Media to the Anambra State Government, has officially presented his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) certificate and plaque to the Governor of Anambra State, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo.
The presentation, which took place at the Government House in Awka, was a moment of pride and recognition of Opara’s academic achievements and dedication to intellectual excellence.
Speaking during the presentation, Opara expressed his gratitude to Governor Soludo for providing an enabling environment for personal and professional growth. He noted that his academic journey was inspired by the governor’s commitment to excellence, innovation, and knowledge-driven governance.
“I am deeply honored to present my PhD certificate and plaque to His Excellency, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo, a leader who embodies intellectualism and transformative leadership. His unwavering support for education and capacity building has been a great source of motivation,” Opara stated.
