A fatal accident involving a Toyota Hilux van belonging to Abia State’s joint security outfit, “Operation Crush,” has left many dead and several others injured in Isieke Ibeku, Umuahia North Local Government Area.
The heartbreaking incident occurred when the security vehicle, reportedly on official duty, lost control and crashed. Eyewitnesses described the scene as devastating, with victims trapped in the wreckage as bystanders and emergency responders rushed to provide aid.
