Justice Binta Murtala Nyako of the Federal High Court has adjourned the Treason and Terrorism trial of proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra leader, Nnamdi Kanu, indefinitely.
The decision may not be unconnected with the insistence of the proscribed IPOB Leader for the Judge, Binta Murtala-Nyako, to recuse herself from his trial.
He insisted in Court that the Judge was biased in the handling of his trial.
