Senate President Godswill Akpabio has been spotted walking with a cane since late December 2024, following what he claims was a bathroom accident. However, an explosive new audio recording suggests a far more controversial backstory.
According to the leaked audio, Akpabio allegedly fractured his hip during a struggle with a lady at a hotel after a disagreement over the nature of their encounter. The lady, who was reportedly introduced to Akpabio by a third party, allegedly refused to engage in oral sex despite prior discussions, instead insisting on traditional intercourse. A physical struggle ensued, during which she pushed the Senate President, causing him to fall and suffer a serious hip injury.
Adding to the scandal, Akpabio reportedly lost $100,000 during the incident, which the woman allegedly took from his luxury Louis Vuitton bag before fleeing the scene. Desperate and in pain, the Senate President was left crawling to reach his phone and call for help.
Efforts to have the woman tracked down and arrested reportedly failed after she threatened to expose details of the incident, forcing Akpabio’s associates to back off. Since then, the lawmaker has maintained that his injury resulted from a bathroom fall, a claim he has stuck to despite growing speculation.
Akpabio, known for his flamboyant lifestyle and alleged history with women, has yet to address the allegations directly. However, sources claim his preference for oral sex stems from underlying medical conditions that have affected his performance.
