Nigerian Gospel Singers To Perform At Trump’s Inaugural Ball

The Nigerian gospel music scene celebrates another big win as singer Jumbo Aniebeit prepares to perform at an event honoring US President-elect Donald Trump’s inauguration in Washington, D.C.

Previously, pastor and singer Nathaniel Bassey gained attention for being invited to lead at Trump’s Presidential Inaugural Prayer Breakfast on 20th of January, 2025.

This event, organized by Reverend Merrie Turner, is non-political and will occur before the inauguration of Trump and Vice President-elect JD Vance.

The gospel singer’s flyer states that he will perform at the World Leaders Peace and Harmony Inaugural Ball and the US African and Caribbean Economic and Sustainable Development Summit on 20th and 21st of January.

This event, organized by the African and Caribbean International Leadership Conference, celebrates Trump’s inauguration as president and will be held at the Capital Hilton Hotel in Washington, D.C.

Sharing the flyer on his page, an excited Jumbo Aniebeit wrote in a caption:

“Blessed to be ministering at the world leaders’ presidential’ inaugural ball.”

Jumbo Aniebeit, a talented trumpet player like Nathaniel Bassey, is famous for songs such as Running, Onyeoma, Okaka, Fabulous Father, and Incredible God.
