As the world marked International Wheelchair Day, Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa has reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to empowering vulnerable groups, women, and people with disabilities—and here’s the best part: No lobbying required!

Speaking at the celebration themed “Mobility for All: Celebrating Inclusion and Empowerment,” Special Adviser to the Governor on Women Affairs, Dr. Seun Osamaye, assured attendees that the Ondo State Government is walking the talk on empowerment.

“All you need to fend for yourself is to have a skill. The Governor of Ondo State, His Excellency Dr. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, has instructed that essential skills be provided to Ondo State women FREE OF CHARGE,” she declared.

And because talk is cheap, action is loading—the Skill Acquisition Centre in the Ondo State Ministry of Women Affairs is set to be activated for public use. No more excuses, no more waiting lists, just skills, empowerment, and a better future for all.

With O’DATIWA leading the charge, one thing is certain—inclusion is no longer a privilege; it’s a right!
