Lagos state governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, apologises to residents over the severe situation on Wednesday and Thursday morning due to the closure of the Independence Bridge.
Speaking to newsmen this morning, Governor Sanwo-Olu, said the decision to fix the bridge is to prevent a disaster waiting to happen.
