Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has paid a condolence visit to the family of the late leader of Afenifere, Pa Ayodele Adebanjo.
Sanwo-Olu’s Special Assistant on New Media, Jubril Gawat, disclosed this in a post on http://X.com on Tuesday.
Gawat noted that Sanwo-Olu who went alongside his deputy, Obafemi Hamzat, paid the visit as the Chairman, South-West Governors’ Forum and also as Governor of Lagos State.
He wrote, “Governor of Lagos State, Mr #jidesanwoolu alongside his Deputy, Dr Obafemi Kadir Hamzat and other top Lagos State Government Officials today paid a condolence visit to the home and family of Chief Samuel Ayodele Adebanjo (1928-2025).
“Mr Governor says he is paying a visit to the family as the Chairman, SouthWest Governors’ Forum and also as Governor of Lagos State.”
