At the beginning of Soludo’s government, many people in Anambra were growing impatient even though he started working from the first day he was sworn-in as a Governor. Some expected him to perform miracles and magic, believing that good roads, pipe-borne water, and all the good things he promised would suddenly appear everywhere within the first 14-days in office. They did not fully understand the huge infrastructure deficit he inherited and the challenges he needed to address.
34 months later, our people have noticed the big changes that are happening all over the state. Projects are completed and are still rolling out in all 326 wards, and it’s clear that the transformation under Soludo is something you can touch, walk on, drink, feel, and sight. Ndi Anambra is happy they voted for him and have continued to back him through it all. Their support shows how much they appreciate what he is doing, and you can see the love and loyalty everywhere he goes.
Soludo is about to mark the three-year in office soon, and things are already looking bright for the future. He is the first governor of Anambra since its creation to kick off major economic and infrastructure projects right in his first year and without borrowing a kobo. Being the Governor of many firsts, and has even gone above and beyond what he promised during his campaign. It is clear he has been a real blessing to Ndi Anambra, keeping people safe and their property secure. He showed up at the perfect time to make a real change, and he definitely made that change happen.
